He also has a Masters degree in Business analytics (Management) from the University of Hertfordshire (UH) Hatfield United Kingdom. Mr Monwuba further achieved a certificate in Academic English for Business (AEB) from the prestigious Hertfordshire Business school (HBS).United Kingdom. He ultimately bagged a certification in Project management from RLC United Kingdom. With a background in the environmental sciences, Mr Monwuba had most of his human capital growth and development in Nigeria's organized private sector , where he has had successful training programmes, internship and mentorship programmes in diverse sectors.He had a good working career providing logistics and support services solutions to key sectors as real estate, oil and gas / maritime, agricultural and the environment. Monwuba is driven by a high penchant and skills in corporate governance, strategic leadership, design for market models, entrepreneurial spirit and analytics for effective and efficient business operations. A great team player, with a proactive, dynamic and shrewd sense of business leadership. Mr Monwuba heads the Projects Supports and Market segments group.

Norah is a highly efficient, innovative and methodical research expert with extensive experience in environment, development and human rights areas. She have worked in roles within the UK and across international environments. Her practical experience spans both the public and private sector. Norah is seeking to make a significant contribution to the objectives of an organization that offers genuine opportunities for progression. With a PhD in Geography from Loughborough University, UK • M.sc in Environment and Development from the University of Reading, UK and also a B.sc (Hons) in Sociology and Anthropology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, Norah is our Principal consultant especially in Environmental and human resources planning, research and adjudication and continuous learning programmes. Norah has had a robust career spanning specialized roles and responsibilities in both the organised private sector as well as the public services in Nigeria before her academic sojourn overseas. Norah is proficient in• Microsoft office – MS word, excel, power-point, project, access and outlook • Use of SPSS Statistical and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software skill for data analysis, management skills and qualitative research skills. • Good interpersonal and marketing strategy skills. Norah has been involved in cultural and human rights issues particularly researching a variety of humanitarian, socio-environmental issues and children’s vulnerability/rights matters, amongst others.

Currently working as an Extrusion Supervisor in the textile industry, Ekemezie oversee the extrusion process for tape production, that would lead to the manufacturing of agro-sacks from polypropylene, applying advanced extrusion techniques to ensure high-quality outputs. Ekemezie ensure compliance with quality standards and optimizing machine performance. Furthermore, he collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational issues and improve overall productivity. Ekemezie is passionate about innovation, he has experience in both design and fabrication of polymer processing plants and also on recycling polymer wastes for wealth creation. Anizor is a seasoned, proven market analyst, both short and long term strategical input with a flair for solving any concept related problem as it affects products, socials and environmentally related problems. Having garnered wide experience from institute of management and technology (L.M.T) Enugu and Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in marketing, product analysis, business strategies, inter-personal relationship with a sound public communication command capable of solving any related problem that may arise. He has worked with Socketworks Global under the Anam Development Concept at Ebenebe as the Estate Manager overseeing man and materials and reporting back to a CEO who implements my gathered skills especially "Management by objectives" (MBO) skills which has gone a long ways in motivating my down staffs. Anizor's desire to continue to improve via training and re-training to gather more skills in seeing to result -oriented approaches thereby carrying out my assigned tasks effectively and efficiently. A former Local Government Councillor, he brings to Environmental Impact Assessment a heightened sensitivity to the community context of development. He is also a senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT; Mr. Ani is the Enugu State Chairman of Environmental Management Association of Nigeria (EMAN) and a fellow of the Association. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. He is a Federal Ministry of Environment as well as NESREA accredited Environmental Consultant. He also holds the DPR (Department of Petroleum Resources) accreditation license to operate in the Oil and Gas sector of the economy as an Environmental Impact Assessor/Auditor.
